On our platform, you can monitor every aspect of your business through a comprehensive analytics dashboard. At the top of the page, you'll notice a toggle feature that allows you to switch between the "Profile analytics" and "Channels analytics". This design is intended to make navigating our analytics dashboard more user-friendly, enabling you to seamlessly view and manage the data that's most relevant to your needs.
Profile Analytics
In the "Profile Analytics" section, you'll find three key tabs that highlight essential metrics for your profile. For instance, the "Profile Overview" tab provide:
Insights into your connectionsâincluding friends, followers, and subscribers
Profile reach
Profile activity
Profile views
Audience demographics
Channels Analytics
In addition to your profile analytics, you can also view detailed "Channels Analytics". To do this, simply switch from the top of the screen to the "Channel's Analytics".
Once you've selected a specific channel, you'll find three tabs at the top of the screen, similar to those in your profile analytics:

The "Content" offers detailed information about your posts and other content.
You can easily access all the essential metrics you need to track the performance of your content. These include:
Account Engagement: See how many people are actively engaging with your content.
Content Interactions: Monitor the interactions your posts are receiving, such as likes, comments, and shares.
Total Purchases: Keep track of how many times your content has been purchased.
Impressions: Check how often your content has been viewed or appeared in users' feeds.
Insights
You also can easily identify your top-performing content, whether they are posts or best-selling items in general. In the "Insights" section, you can dive deeper into specific posts or Smartlists to view their analytics, such as:
