Every row in your transaction list has a button at the end that opens Transaction details. That's where the money is actually explained.
What the details window shows
What happened — the same description as in the list, with the person and channel as links.
Transaction ID — quote this if you ever write to support about a payment.
Date and time, in UTC.
Amount breakdown — for a sale, the total the buyer paid, then each deduction on its own line: payment processing fee, platform fee, and referral fee where one applies.
Final amount — what actually reached your balance.
A link to our Terms of Use (the section on fees and commissions) sits under the breakdown. See also Fees & Commission Structure.
Referral earnings look different
A referral payment has nothing deducted, so instead of a breakdown you'll see Earning source — what your referral bought for you to earn from it — and the amount.
About the amount in the list
The figure shown next to each row is the final one, after deductions. Open the details to see the original total and where the difference went.
