Before anything else, you need a payout account connected. Without one, Withdraw won't let you past the first screen — so set that up first if you haven't. See Setting Up Your Payout Account.
Making a withdrawal
Open Wallet from the left menu.
Click Withdraw below your balance.
Enter the amount — at least $20. Your available balance is shown above the field.
Confirm. If anything is missing, you'll be told what to fix before the request goes through.
Earnings first go through a clearance period of 14 business days. Once your funds are cleared, a withdrawal can take up to 14 business days to be processed, and your bank may need extra time after that.
What it costs
Withdrawing what you've earned on Sociala: no fee from us.
Withdrawing money you deposited yourself: 15%. Deposits are meant for buying on Sociala rather than for moving money through it.
Your bank or payment provider may charge its own fees, and currency conversion is between you and them.
If the full balance isn't available
Part of your balance can be temporarily held — for example while a payment is still clearing or while we check something. Held funds aren't included in the amount you can withdraw, and they're released once the check is done.
See Withdrawal Requirements for everything that has to be in place, and If You Haven't Received Your Payout if a withdrawal has gone out but hasn't arrived.
