Missing Content After Upload

Updated this week

If you notice that content is missing after you upload it, several factors could be at play:

  • Incomplete Upload: Your upload might not have finished successfully. Try uploading again, ensuring a stable internet connection.

  • File Size or Format Issues: The file might exceed the allowed size or be in an unsupported format. Check the our guidelines "What formats are supported for media?" and adjust the file accordingly.

  • Platform Processing Delays: Sometimes, the platform may take a little time to process and display newly uploaded content. Wait a few minutes and refresh the page.

  • Browser Cache Issues: Your browser might display a cached version of the page. Clear your cache or try using incognito mode.

Text Not Displaying Correctly

If your text isn't displaying as intended, here are some common causes and solutions:

  • Formatting Issues: Ensure proper formatting using our platform’s tools (e.g., post builder). Avoid copying directly from word processors, as hidden formatting may interfere.

  • Font Compatibility: Custom fonts may not be supported. Use common web-safe fonts for consistency.

  • Browser Cache: If text appears incorrectly, clear your cache or refresh the page.

  • Responsive Design: Check how your text appears on different devices. Adjust design settings if necessary.

Broken Links After Download

If you notice that links in your content aren’t working after downloading, here are the steps you can take:

  • Verify the Links: Ensure links were copied correctly and weren’t altered during upload or download. Check for outdated URLs.

  • Edit the Links: If updates are needed, follow the steps in "How to Edit a Post After Publishing" for guidance.

If none of these solutions work, reach out to our Support Team for further assistance.
