Delayed or Missing Notifications

  • Refresh Your Feed: Notifications may not appear instantly. Refresh your feed or log out and back in to update them.

  • Clear Cache and Cookies: If you're using a browser, clearing your cache and cookies can resolve issues with notifications not displaying properly.

Not Receiving Newsletters

  • Check Your Spam Folder: Sometimes, newsletters end up in spam or junk folders. Mark them as "Not Spam" to receive future emails in your inbox.

  • Verify Your Email Address: Ensure your registered email address is correct by checking your profile settings.

  • Check Your Subscription Status: If you previously unsubscribed, you won’t receive newsletters. You may need to resubscribe through account settings or contact support for assistance.
