A strong password
Use a password you don't use anywhere else. Sociala's own requirements — length, letter case, numbers, symbols — are listed in How to Change Your Password, and the form ticks them off as you type.
If you think someone else is in your account
Reset your password. Following the reset link ends every other session — every device, every browser, including whoever shouldn't be there. Then sign back in with the new password. See How to Reset Your Password.
Logging out doesn't do this. It only signs out the device you're using, so it isn't the answer here.
Keeping an eye on things
Wallet holds your full transaction history, with filters by type, status and date. Anything you don't recognise starts here.
Notifications record subscriptions, earnings and account messages — the bell in the top bar.
If something looks wrong, write to us at [email protected] with what you've seen.
Protect your email
Your email is how account recovery reaches you, and on Sociala it can't be changed — so if someone gets into that mailbox, they have a route into everything. Give it a strong password of its own.
Be careful with links
Don't click suspicious links or open attachments from people you don't know. Sociala will never ask for your password — not by email, not in chat, not through support.
