How to Reset Your Password

  1. Click on "Forgot Password". While on the login page, click "Forgot Password" button below the password field, to begin the reset process.

  2. Enter the Registered Email. Provide the email address linked to the account. This email is essential for receiving the password reset link.

  3. Check the Email Inbox. After entering the email, check the inbox for a message with a reset link. It may take a few minutes to arrive. Be sure to also check your spam or junk folder, and try searching for "Sociala" in case the email is hidden.

  4. Follow the Reset Instructions. Open the email and click on the provided link, which will guide through the steps to create a new password.

  5. Create and Confirm a New Password. On the password reset page, enter a new password, making sure it’s strong and secure. Confirm the new password to finalize the reset.

  6. Log Back In. After successfully resetting, return to the login page and sign in using the new password.

If you forgot your password, and have no access to your email inbox, please reach out to our Support Team to request an email change. Once your email is updated, you can follow the steps provided above to reset your password.

For added security, we recommend updating your password at least once a month. Regular password changes strengthen your account’s protection and reduce the chances of unauthorized access.
