There are two different things people mean by «payment details», and they live in different places.
The card you pay with
Card details are entered on the secure payment page each time you top up or buy something, and saved cards are managed there too. Nothing about them is stored in your Sociala profile.
If a payment is declined, check the card's expiry date and available funds first, then try again.
The account you get paid to
This one starts inside Sociala:
Open Wallet and click Withdraw.
If no account is connected yet, you'll see Withdrawal account required. Click Connect account.
You'll be taken to our payment provider to enter your details, and returned to Sociala once it's done.
The same entry point is in the panel on the right of the Wallet page, under Add withdrawal details. To change the account later, open it again from there.
Until an account is connected, Withdraw won't let you take money out — so it's worth setting up before your first payout rather than during it.
One payment account can be linked to one Sociala profile. If yours is already connected to another account, linking it here will be refused.
