Troubleshooting Verification Email Issues

If you didn’t receive the verification email, you can:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.

  2. Make sure the email address you entered is correct and search your inbox for “Sociala” in case the email is hidden.

  3. Click the “Resend” button to request a new verification email.

  4. Try signing up with a different email address.
