If something on Sociala breaks the rules, tell us. Reports are reviewed by our team.
Where to find Report
A post — the three dots on the post.
A comment — the three dots on the comment.
A conversation — the three dots at the top right of the chat.
A person — the three dots on their profile, or in your Connections lists beside their name.
Choose Report and tell us what happened.
Reporting a person also blocks them
When you report someone, they're blocked as part of it: your connections are removed both ways and they can't message you. You don't need to block them separately. See What Happens When You Block a User on Sociala.
What happens next
Our team reviews the report against the Community & Safety Guidelines. We don't tell the other person who reported them.
For copyright
If someone has published your work, you can report it — but for a formal claim, see How to Report Copyright Infringement.
If your own content was removed
Where we offer an appeal, or the law requires one, you can ask us to take another look. Write to [email protected] with a link to the content, the decision you're disagreeing with and why you think it should change — and we'll come back to you.
