If You Haven’t Received a Payment Through Stripe

Follow these steps to investigate and resolve the issue:

  1. Check Your Stripe Dashboard and Email. Look for any notifications or requests from Stripe that may require additional information before payment processing.

  2. Verify Bank Details. Ensure the payment was sent to the correct bank account. Incorrect bank details can cause delays.

  3. Wait for Bank Processing. If the payment was sent less than 5 business days ago, it may still be processing. Remember that weekends and holidays can affect processing times.

  4. Contact Your Bank. If it’s been over 5 business days, get in touch with your bank. Provide payment details such as the amount, expected date, and Stripe as the payer. You may also need to supply a Payout Trace ID for tracking.
