Managing Your Subscriptions

Everything you're paying for on Sociala sits on one screen: click your profile picture, open Settings and go to Subscriptions.

Active and Archive

Active holds everything still running. Archive holds what has already ended, so you can look back at it or start again.

What you'll see on a card

  • A channel subscription shows the price and period — for example $2 per week — and Continues with the date of the next charge. The menu next to it lets you unsubscribe.

  • A cancelled subscription stays in Active until it runs out and shows Expires on with the date, plus a Renew button if you change your mind.

  • A one-time channel shows what you paid, for how long, and Ends with the date. There's no menu, because there's nothing to cancel — it simply finishes.

  • A monthly donation shows the amount and the next charge date, and can be cancelled from the same menu.

If a channel gave you a free trial, the card shows how many trial days are left.

What you can do here

  • Unsubscribe from a channel — see Canceling Your Subscriptions.

  • Renew something before it expires, or restart it from Archive — see Renewing Your Subscription.

  • Stop a monthly donation.

  • Turn Donations on or off for your own profile, using the switch at the top of the page.

Prices, plan lengths and trials belong to whoever owns the channel and are set in the channel's own settings — not here. See Editing Your Channel.
