Text blocks come with a small toolbar, and a long post reads very differently once you use it.
Text styles
The dropdown on the left of the toolbar — it says Main text by default — sets the style of what you're writing:
Title — for a heading that opens a section.
Subtitle — for a smaller heading underneath it.
Main text — the body of your post.
Breaking a long post into titled sections makes it far easier to follow, and readers can find their way back to the part they wanted.
Everything else in the toolbar
Bold, italic and underline for emphasis; bulleted and numbered lists; a quote style for citing someone; and a link button.
You can also add a text block above or below an image or video block to introduce it or explain what's in it.
